Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Should I try BB again? I watched the pilot and was not enamored and never went back.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It's extremely well crafted, and I love it a lot, but I think it might not be for everyone. But I don't know if the pilot is enough to hook you if you're gonna be hooked. I say try it again, yeah.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I vote yes -- it took me a couple of seasons before I tried it because, I think, I couldn't think of Cranston as anybody but Hal, and "cooks meth" not exactly on my list of interests.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

okay, y'all are people I respect. I will try again.

I tried "Copper" and could not stand it, so I have an opening in my tv schedule.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Yeah Copper had zero appeal to me. Good actors I think, but too much else wrong.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

right?

I don't know how so much talent can produce something so boring. I don't get it.

I haven't watched the second episode yet, but the first was not great. I'll give it probably until next week to get better just because I do find the idea of mid 19th century Five Points cop show very attractive, but it's on probation.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

okay, please report back because between the topic of child slavery and all the threads of relationships, I just was not interested.

And I liked and watched Deadwood so I clearly have no problem with period dramas.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

FWIW, I found that Copper picked up dramatically by the end of the 2nd ep. I was surprised the channel didn't air it as a 2-parter, to be honest.

(Disclaimer, I am obviously not an unbiased 3rd party here, but please, please give Copper another chance so that it will become a huge hit and we can all move on and forget that "The Week The Women Went" ever happened, k? Because seriously, that shit is just embarrassing.)
