And you're sure this isn't just some fanboy thing? 'Cause I've fought more than a couple pimply, overweight vamps that called themselves Lestat.

Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I'm glad Shannon was safe anyway. "America" clearly wants to M a male SM out of this show.

I think it's totally ridic that Frankie and Casey are still around, but the final two should be Perry and Shannon, no matter what, so I don't care so much about the order in which other people go. The female models that have left aren't even as good as Holly, so whatever. But I am inclined to agree that the voters are 13 year old girls who are more into the boys of the show.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Survivor: WTF with that vote out? The fans are leetle crazee, no?

Also, Ozzie continues to be AWESOME.

I'm liking Holly more than Shannon, but she is a bit too emotional and the judges are right to question her ability to tough out a very tough business. I hope the judges continue to keep three guys in the bottom three to whittle out the weaker ones, such as Ben and Casey. I'd hate to see Ben go, but he does have only two major expressions, which I think is Casey's problem, too (Casey has never done anything for me, and I don't know why he's still there, to be honest).

I noticed that the judges didn't do a critique of the voting results after booting off Jackie--I wonder what they would have said?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

the final two should be Perry and Shannon, no matter what,

My coworker was just saying she assumes that the final two will be Ronnie and Holly, due to the voters. Of course, that probably means it will be Perry and Ronnie. I don't really care how Casey/Frankie/Ben go, but they should go.

Punishingly Intricate

From Tim's Take:

The Project Runway “collection rules” forbid the use of fur, so this was Chris’s alternative.

this is good to know

Art Crawl!!!

Also from Tim's Take:

They probed and interrogated Rami and Chris until I thought both would collapse from stress and fatigue. And there was one moment -- I remember if vividly -- when I said to myself, “Chris is out.” He and Rami were each asked, “Who’s your customer?” Rami answered clearly, articulately, and believably. Chris responded, “I don’t know.” That was it for me. Over. His inability to know who his customer is underscored the fact that he’s really a costume designer, not a fashion designer.

From Tim:

So I left Rami after posing a lot of questions about his designs, his textiles, his color choices, and his intentions. Pausing at the door to his studio and looking back at his collection thus far, I said, “I can see Joan in your work, but it’s Crawford, not d’Arc.”

Ooh, zing!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I just read reports that Robert Irvine of Dinner Impossible lied about his resume and has been let go from the Food Network. link This makes me sad.

Okay reality tv peoples, can someone explain the Bad Girl's Club to me?? I keep flipping by it and getting sucked in but I don't understand the point of it. Is it a competition???

Or...is that one reality show too far for everyone else?
