You can make castor sugar by whirring regular sugar in a blender or food processor for 10 seconds or so.
The oven thing is just impossible to translate or understand. That's my position anyway.

Yep. I'm not sure how I feel about the winner.
I was furious for a while, in a way I wouldn't have been if either of them had won, but then I realized I don't actually care and Manila is the winner of my heart anyway.
