You can make castor sugar by whirring regular sugar in a blender or food processor for 10 seconds or so.
The oven thing is just impossible to translate or understand. That's my position anyway.
Well, it's not like I'm going to actually make anything they did on the show ... I just want to know. Thanks for the explanations (but I do remember seeing superfine sugar - which I assume would be castor sugar - in the store).
