Those have to be the most toxic people in the U.S. I got hives just watching that shit. Gordon Ramsay needs an award for dealing with them as long as he did. After 60 minutes, I would have bailed.

I am fortunately in a house that no longer has cable, because I watched a few episodes of Kitchen Nightmares, and this whole thing of restaurant owners who are convinced that Yelp is a giant conspiracy against them -- kind of a running thing.

To be fair, Yelp does have a history of shaking down restaurant owners for money in exchange for not filtering out positive reviews. (Or at least, a history of being suspected/accused of such behavior.)
