Beautiful. Pasha is an amazing partner. Lacey had a little bit of the over-exaggerated wanna-be ballet hand working (I hate when I agree with Nigel!) but other than that it was gorgeous.

Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
I like Mary's breakdown of the waltz. How hard the steps are, but how smooth it looked and how well the emotion came across. I loves me really good ballroom.
That was lovely. Lacey has been really reigned in on her mugging by both choreographers. Bravo!
Neil actually showing a little bit of musicality in his solo. Wow. They are all bringing it tonight.
That said, he still has terrible posture (hunchback in full effect!) and the transitions and connections in the dance, while better than what he's usually serving, weren't up to the level that either Sabra or Lauren (dammit!) showed tonight.
Danny in Saturday Night Fever suit! I love it!
aww, the Solid Gold butt fanning move!
Disco! YAY!
except, not so much ... the death drop wasn't very smooth.
Danny and Lauren have a disturbingly good chemistry.
I thought that wasn't that great. A lot of hesitations, and late beats. I saw many flaws, and not just because I hate Lauren
There were a lot of flaws. Lauren had to push herself up (in an obvious manner) from the death drop, then the move that Mary just praised was very jerky and didn't have flow, they had to stop to set up for it.
As with most Doriana routines, I did not like it. I was, dare I say it, bored. The tricks were kind of stiff looking. I did enjoy that there was more actual choreography. Agreeing with Nigel again. Something ain't right.
Well, Lacey's solo was better than last week, but it had to be, didn't it? By far the weakest of the night.
