Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Happy birthday, Sean!

Tommyrot, I'm so sorry about Senor Sock. I feel strongly that the world was a better place for having a cat named Senor Sock in it.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Tommy, I am so sorry to read about Senor Sock. It is always so sad to say goodbye to a friend you love.

Sean, happy birthday!

Thanks so much for all the sunburn advice, everyone. I appreciate it greatly!

Our wings are not tired.

Good morning, vw. How is the ouchy this morning? Sunburn disrupts my sleep as it seems to break my temperature gauge. Then again, most everything disrupts my sleep.

Condolences to tommy on the loss of Senor Sock. I lost my little Jimmy cat at xmas, and even though we have two new kitties, I still miss my Jim-jam. =( ((((hugs))))

It did disrupt my sleep a bit, but more because of the pain than because of temperature. It was a nice cool night, so the temp wasn't too much of a problem.

How are you guys this morning?

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I'm so sorry to hear about your kitty, tommyrot.

Happy (belated) birthday, Sean!

Our wings are not tired.

This was my last early day of the school year. The rest of the week Brendon doesn't need to get to school until 11. Bobby doesn't go until 9:30. No more getting up at 6 something until school starts again in August. I am not a morning person. I wake with the sun. Of course it is actually light out in the summer at that hour when I don't need to get up. Life, she is not fair.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Gronk. I didn't get the best night's sleep, but Mom is coming by in a little while so we can do more packing, so I'm up and caffeinating.

Yay, for the temporary end of early mornings, Laura!
