Buffy: He ran away, right? Giles: Sort of, more. turned and swept out majestically, I suppose. Said I didn't concern him. Buffy: So a mythic triumph over a completely indifferent foe? Giles: Well, I'm not dead or unconscious, so I say bravo for me.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Happy birthday, Sean!

Tommyrot, I'm very sorry about Senor Sock.

vw, for the sunburn, run a tepid bath and throw a bunch of plain black tea in to the tub. (erm, in bags, unless you want to spend forever cleaning tealeaves out of the tub.) The tannins in the tea will help with the sunburn.

The big gothy-goth event I went to over the weekend was fantastic. But now I'm exhausted, and apparently I am HIGHLY allergic to some plant in Portland, because I am suffering the worst bout of allergies I have ever had. My head is filled with goo, and I want to cry.

But in other news, my cold seems to be out the door. Well, not gone, but I can now live a normal life with hacking cough. a very fucking annoying hacking cough, but I seem to have a more normal level of energy. Inhaler is my friend.

In interesting discoveries - I put down some coco bark in my garden . Yes it smells like chocolate and no I am not sure that is a good thing

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Even having taken benadryl for my allergies, I can't fall asleep tonight. I probably shouldn't have had that glass of coke while I was doing my homework.

IOunrelatedN, I received an 86 in my last class, despite the fact that she didn't like my final paper very much. It would have been better if she had been any less vague with her directions or clarified them when we asked her to. I would have gotten a 91 if she had been willing to accept a late rough draft when I was without an internet connection for a day and a half.

Oh, beth. We ended up in Niles on Sunday at your bead store. Yowza, I LOVE that place. She had JUST what I was looking for...and I will be back! Next time - we must add a visit.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I had no idea that tea could ease sunburn. Interesting.

My Mom's method was strong to brew strong tea and put it in the fridge. We'd stand in the tub and she'd pat us all over with the tea bags and let it dry. Took the sting right out.
