Jilli, your question about panic reminded me -- did you know that Lush has discontinued products available to order (they won't be delivered until September, b/c they're making the quantities according to the numbers ordered) -- and ISTR that you love the Flying Saucers bath foam. Which is one of the discontinued products.
But, um, TODAY is the last day you can order: [link]

Oh Teppy! Thank you for letting me know about that, because I live under a rock and hadn't heard about the LUSH discontinued products sale.
Jilli, seconding and thirding the Xanax/Ativan thing. Sometimes cutting through the coping techniques to just Make My Brain Stop is the only thing that works quickly enough to be useful.
That's why I'm going to seriously look into it. Because on Thursday last week, which was awful, there was a part of my brain standing back and saying
"Why are you panicking? Why are you crying? There's no need. Deep breaths. Deep breaths. Fuck, deep breaths aren't working. STOP CRYING."
But nothing seemed to stop that loop. So yes, I think emergency back-up meds are my new future plan.
