So, okay, Pam Beesly. I loved every single moment of her in this episode. Part of me wants to speculate on what the fallout from tonight will be, but right at this moment, it almost doesn't matter. Watching her grow up this season, especially over the past few episodes, has been such a joy, from "And don't call me Pammy!" to changing a tire to walking across FIRE. The look on her face when she said what she needed to say -- she wasn't anxious, or awkward, or anything like that. A little scared, maybe, but mostly brave, and excited, and proud, and GOD, Pam Beesly, you are my hero.
Experimental TV: Comedy

i think they just showed them all back on the bus singing The Flintstones theme song.
Yeah, it was super cute. (I think it was supposed to be when they were all going to the lake in the morning, though, rather than coming home, because it was still daylight.)
still loving Pam. can't even concentrate on Supernatural...
Me neither! I had to turn it off, actually. I'll watch it later.
She's so fucking brave, and she's come such a long way, I can't even get over how much she's grown, how amazing she is.
I know! I'm sorry that it took (among other things) Jim being kind of a dick to her this season, but it's just awesome to see who she's becoming. Telling Michael she should have his job! OMG PAM I LOVE YOU.
OMG PAM I LOVE YOU.
This pretty much sums me up too.
I am Vonnie. Pretty much exactly. I mean...PAM!
My girl walks through the fire and lets it burn.
My girl walks through the fire and lets it burn.
And that goes double because (1) Dwight screwed the firewalk up so badly and (2) nobody else even stepped on the coals.
Andy is badly underutilized. I'd really like to see more of the results of his anger management training.
Interesting that Michael finally seemed to recognize that he'd crossed a line when he told Stanley to go to the back of the bus. (Never mind the lines he didn't recognize that he'd crossed by stereotyping Oscar and by not considering any of the women for the promotion.)
Anybody else want to bet that Karen ends up going to corporate?
I think it's possible Karen will go to corporate, but I'm not convinced.
Hey, how about Oscar and Gil! I did laugh at his line about Angela thinking he can cross over.

Oh! I missed that. Other than Pam (OF COURSE! LOVE!!!! !!!) the Stanley bits were cracking me up plus Andy floating away. I thought it was a little slow overall though. I need to rewatch I guess. Maybe I get too excited?!
plus Andy floating away
Especially in that shot where Michael was asking where he'd gone, while he was floating in the background.

ha! yes. Although when the camera crew shone the light on him and he called out and they just turned the light off and left? that was a little sad.
Some of the Jim reaction shots were priceless this episode. I have to rewatch to look at his reactions when Pam made her speech though, since my personal FLAILING kind of wiped out any other memory of the scene.
