It's called a blaster, Will, a word that tends to discourage experimentation. Now, if it were called the Orgasmater, I'd be the first to try your basic button press approach.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Art Crawl!!!

PSA: This week's Smallville was possibly the worst one they have ever done: even the teaser dragged.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Are there any screencaps being done at LJ or other sites? I may have to see if I can make screencaps....

Oh my God, if a show ever cried out for vidding, it was this one. If TV colors ever cried out for hallucinogenic consumption, it was this one. If a TV show ever needed singing along with, it was this one....

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I'm curious to see how next week's Pushing Daisies looks, visual-wise. I heard that Barry Sonnenfeld got banned from doing any more directing on the series for going over budget on the first two eps (though I think the money is seriously up there on the screen).

Thrive to spite them

The show is totally made for HD and if anyone hasn't seen it in high def you need to find away. The colors jump right off the screen and it totally heightens the fairy tale feel of the show.

Jilli The Wed ep of pushing daisies is up

[link]

For people who are not Jilli, some of whom might need step-by-step instructions:

Below the inline video teaser, are a series of mini-screencaps linked to more video teasers. Below that is a really tiny menu that includes "full episodes". Click on that and you get connected to ABC full episode player screen that includes the choice "launch the player". Clithat, and if you don't already have the player installed it will guide you through installing it. Once the player is launched it will load, and and "Pushing Daisies" may be the choice in the center. (If not, use the menu arrow keys to scroll until PD is a visible choice.) Click on the "Pushing Daises" screen cap that serves as the PD button. Choose the episode you want ("Dummy" the week of Oct 10 2007) and it launches.

Pardon the excessive detail, but I thought a click by click guide could not hurt.

Here's some quotes from the last half of the "Dummies" episode, because I was sitting here right at my computer where I could rewind a whole lot:

Like a smoking gun, the smoking dummies would have to be buried.
