Is anyone watching Odyssey 5 on SCI fi tonight?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Crap, I forgot it was on. I'll need to see if it's rerun.

It doesn't look like it's being rerun tonight but according to the on screen guide the Pilot is being rerun next week.

Hmm. Not according to Sci-Fi's site. Can you tell me what happened in the first ten minutes?

I had it on in the background and have only now realized what it is, so I'm not good for a recap, sorry. I saw a wormhole, a shuttle, and a lot of people flying around.

The first 10 minutes was the group in the shuttle doing shuttle type things and the guy with the accent making sex jokes about stuff.

There were interviews with the crew's family and then things went bad, the Earth blew up and there's a fire in the shuttle.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

the Earth blew up and there's a fire in the shuttle.

That can't be good...

I'm having original BSG Ship of Light (or whatever) flashbacks.

But the earth hasn't blown up in the way it blows up in Seah and Margie's vid. I keep waiting for that to happen.
