Resubbing to this thread for Eureka, even though all I have to say is, well, lame: thanks show for leaving Nathan shirtless this time. I halfway thought that would be his swan song.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

That hologram Henry kept rewatching makes me wonder if he might not be working toward some sort of trade-off solution that would involve pulling Kim forward out of the moment when she was killed and substituting a false corpse that would lead everyone to believe she died.
Wouldn't that still lead to a paradox? And then Henry would leave Eureka -- nooooooooooooooooooo!!
Oh, I liked that. Particularly the twist at the end. But I adore Henry, he's my favorite character (sorry, CFerg *g*), and I really want to be able to still like him.
I loved that Jack apologized for suspecting Henry, and was surprised that Henry said Jack was his best friend. Because he's only been there for a year, after all...
It was nice to hear Stark finally appologize to Henry. I'm not sure Henry's intellect will let him overcome his feelings though. His refusal to accept Kim's death reminds me of Stark's obsession with the artifact. What lengths will he go to in order to keep Carter from stopping him again?
Dark Henry is a VERY scary guy.
Kudos to Colin on striking all the right emotional notes. It brought back all of the bittersweet feelings from the final episode of S1.
I don’t think that Jack has anything to fear from Henry
I hope he does really.
surprised that Henry said Jack was his best friend. Because he's only been there for a year, after all...
It happens. I got my last one about that quickly.
Don't tell him I said this, but Colin was looking kinda good there.
Ooo! That made me happy.
I think Henry wiped Jack's memories so he could get another shot at bringing Kim back, that was the only way how, Jack would never let him do it and always be vigilant for that.
I tend to agree, but still think that Jackwe won't ever be able to trust him. Poor Jack. I knew when Henry was wiping his mind that he had no intention of wiping his own.
SPEAKING OF MINDWIPES, I can't be the only one here who suddenly thought of Willow. And while I'm good with Henry becoming more untrustworthy and evil, if he starts to develop some sort of metaphysical addiction, I'm going to be annoyed.
Don't tell him I said this, but Colin was looking kinda good there.
Our lips are sealed. Or, um, our fingers. Kinda.
Don't tell him I said this, but Colin was looking kinda good there.
heh.
Okay, here's my one big beef about the show. Jack and Allison have zero chemistry. My only reaction to Jack's broken heart? Get over it.
Show is back! And darker! We like darker.
Jack was still Jack, but he was definitely more serious--I know Colin can hit the funny notes, and with an unexpected spin. It was nice to see the subtle drama, some straight acting.
Dark Henry is absolutely fascinating to watch--and dread, a little. Joe Morton is awesome.
On a more Super-ficial note, I was really glad to see Vincent--Ronald! And selling chili to the mandroid! And of course, Fargo has always been "Too precious for this world."
I like it when the shows I like are in first-run, and they're *good*.
