We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Don't tell him I said this, but Colin was looking kinda good there.

Our lips are sealed. Or, um, our fingers. Kinda.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Don't tell him I said this, but Colin was looking kinda good there.

heh.

Okay, here's my one big beef about the show. Jack and Allison have zero chemistry. My only reaction to Jack's broken heart? Get over it.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Show is back! And darker! We like darker.

Jack was still Jack, but he was definitely more serious--I know Colin can hit the funny notes, and with an unexpected spin. It was nice to see the subtle drama, some straight acting.

Dark Henry is absolutely fascinating to watch--and dread, a little. Joe Morton is awesome.

On a more Super-ficial note, I was really glad to see Vincent--Ronald! And selling chili to the mandroid! And of course, Fargo has always been "Too precious for this world."

I like it when the shows I like are in first-run, and they're *good*.

Glad it went over alright. I was worried. I just hold my breath every week.

Next week is a Fargo episode.

Sorry for the brevity. We're shooting stupid hours to finish the finale next week. Shanks is acting on the show this week so that's fun. I've been peppering him with questions about his experiences with Sci Fi. 200 episodes! No one shoots 200 episodes of TV.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

surprised that Henry said Jack was his best friend. Because he's only been there for a year, after all.

When he said this, was it with the four years' worth of memories on top of the one year they've had in the real timeline?

I like it when the shows I like are in first-run, and they're *good*.

Amen. After a long time of TV drought (which stopped when I started watching SPN this spring) it's nice to have good stuff on the TV rather than on DVD.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Shanks! Oh, cool!

CFerg, rest assured that the premiere went over really well in my house. My friend thought that the writing was smart, the acting was good, and the direction had the "snap" that keeps a story moving forward.

It was nice to see the entire cast (including featured characters) appear in this episode. Do I misremember, or was Tamlyn Tomita included in the regular cast listing?

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I wonder why the timeline has diverged.

Simple: If Henry stops the experiment (that's what he did in last season's finale, right?), then those people don't spontaneously combust, and Stark isn't in danger of spontaneously combusting.

You are subtle, nerdish, and adorkable all in one. This is why I heart you. (MANDROID!)

Shanks is acting on the show this week so that's fun.

I'll just be over there, flailing. (!!!)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Taped it and watched at 3am. I liked this episode better than last season. And I really did like last season, but I'm loving it now. I guess I really go for the dark over the funny. The funny is still there though; a couple times I laughed out loud. Glad the Jo/Taggert thing isn't happening now; I couldn't buy it. Also glad Allison/Jack isn't happening now, can't see that one either. Scary!Henry is awesome. I bet he's watching that hologram obsessively because he's looking for something he can use to "fix" things. And poor Jack, I couldn't decide if it was sadder to keep the memories or lose them. So now we have a mystery, and a conspiracy, and a potential danger, and a good character slipping into the Dark Side, and it all makes sense! I thought I was going to be disappointed in how they resolved things, but no. This was an excellent set-up for the season! Great job, CFerg! And everyone else, too!
