You like ships. You don't seem to be looking at the destinations. What you care about is the ships, and mine's the nicest.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Tomorrow I have kettlebell and sour cream waffles. Other than that, more lying around. Assiduously even.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Dana, did you acquire a puppy?

The parents' new puppy. Two and a half pounds of adorable.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Stupid anxiety. How can I make it go away, without drinking large amounts of booze?

move out and draw fire

{{{Tommy}}} I'd be beside myself, so I have no advice on not being anxious.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Well, maybe a small amount of booze... Also, slow regulated breaths. But really, I mostly find those things effective on no-good-reason anxiety.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I would be drinking large amounts of booze, myself.

I'm not the best example, but I drank a lot with Mister Kitty's illness when I didn't have to care for him. I'm not endorsing it. I just got maudlin.

God, I wish I knew. I mean, I'd suggest narcotics, so I'm no help at all. Also, breaking things.

So don't listen to me.

When Ozzie got diagnosed, I swore a lot, then after work went home and yelled at the vet (who totally deserved it, since he prescribed twice as much insulin as he should have, but then luckily forgot to call the prescription in), and then drank.
