'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Ah -- I didn't think to look in Nillytown!

I have a scant handful of pictures, mostly from the Aquarium. I'll get around to posting them once I'm back from Wiscon.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm still waiting impatiently for Tom's vids, too.

Ah, that's what I can do on my 3-day weekend!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Bleah. Baby up (seemingly) every twenty minutes all night long. With lots of whiny fussing. I am the bleary. JZ moreso.

Jesse need not envy me, as I have to commute back and forth to deliver Emmett to school, go get trained on a temp assignment then take Emmett to a practice for his tournament team.

We've got an all weekend tournament in Fremont, down near where beth and Matt live.

This morning apparently I am the Dark Roast Queen of Gronkonia, and my arch rival Gnargh of Nod has stolen my fine motor control and spatial recognition.

information libertarian

Why am I STARVING at 10:15 am? I ate brekkie!

My mother is tempting me to come with the kids to Boston/the Cape in June. For a week. Aside from $450 and traveling with 2 kids alone (mr. flea would stay home and WORK), is there any reason not to? Hmmm.

Theo, if you're on and seeing Nutty, tell her to think about whether she'd be free to hand out at the beach with just me and the kids June 11-13 (or possibly in Boston if the renters don't leave fast enough).

Hmmmmm!!

t adjusts her lacrosse helmet

I am actually kind of surprised that I haven't fallen down or hit my head yet. So far I've just been weaving like I don't have my sea legs, barely able to track, and dropping everything I pick up at least three times.

I'm starving as well. But I didn't have breakfast (unless coffee and OJ counts.) I usually last until 11:30 or so, though.

I'm so tired. Coffee hasn't helped.

Anyway, here's what I'm wondering: Would a really big cardboard box half-filled with Styrofoam peanuts be a good place for a nap?
