I haven't had reliable access to flickr at work in months. 10 minutes to load a picture? Yeah, forget it. It's faster at home on dialup. It's freaky. I'm going to blame yahoo somehow because the timeline of acquisition/merge roughly coincided and I just generally have a hateon for yahoo because of their penchant to use ads that make my (admittedly feeble) work browser blow up.
It's probably a coincidence. And someone else's fault entirely.

Golfer dies after cart plunges off cliff
FALLBROOK, Calif. - A golfer died Tuesday after his golf cart plunged 75 feet off a cliff and crashed onto a road below, authorities said.

The vehicle veered off the concrete pathway, traveled down a 25-foot embankment and went over the edge of the cliff, California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Kerns said.
In general, over the range of tasks measured, where a gender performed better in a task heterosexuals of that gender tended to perform better than non-heterosexuals. When a particular gender was poorer at a task homosexual and bisexual people tended to perform better than heterosexual members of that gender.
That actually makes sense, and is a big plus in the column that says sexual orientation is a matter of how your body/brain are put together, not of preference.

Naw, I just subscribe to a bazillion blogs, and scan them for interesting stuff....
The yahoo merger with flickr gives me a hateon too. I tried all the variations of my name, including repetition, middle name, surname and found quite a few yahoo accounts to which I remembered the password, but none of them were linked to the ita_ita_ita flickr account.
Grr.
