Hot damn, I've got a new Trader Joe's obsession.

Chicken Egg Rolls under their Trader Ming line.

I know you're thinking, "Egg rolls? Whatev."

I say, "No!" They're unlike any other egg rolls I've ever had. They're filled with lots of good chicken and bok choy and so very very yummy.

And you just heat them up in the oven so they're not fried and greasy.

For the record, I officially hate my life. Almost every aspect of it. The job at school I interviewed for I did not get. I am mostly ready to quit and I would effective tomorrow if I didn't need the health insurance.

This week SUCKS. Can we skip ahead to the weekend please? Hell. Can we skip ahead until July?
