Sorry, ita. I hope you can figure out the why , just for self satisfaction.
there has been no mention of brunch with Tom Scola. Brunch was yummy, we ran up an impressive mimosa bill. and there was fudge . and math talk. and my husband making rude gestures and Suzi and juliana
I'm so sorry, ita. No hugs. Just sorry.
I'm sorry, ita. That really sucks.
TAR: I hate the
eating tasks -- because they always seem to involve vomiting.
However, I loved it when Eric said, "
Ladies and Gentlemen, Miss California!
" When
she vomited.
That was hilarious. The final
task was amusing but I figured that the Guidos were doomed because they were all caught up.
I'm sorry, ita, in a totally non-huggy way.
Oh man - I had last week's ep on DVD (my Tivo didn't catch all of it because of the delay), so I just got to watch all of the
airport adventures
back to back. I don't think I've ever seen
that many teams so unlucky on plane travel all at once!
Also,
why can't Mirna/Charla get themselves eliminated already? I don't honestly know if I can take another week of Mirna screeching.
If only
the Guidos had gotten to the Intersection first, they would have hooked up with the beauty queens and finished the sausage challenge with time to spare. Oh well.
I'm sorry at the not passing news, ita.
You have one of the most interesting internet hobbies out there. Blog schmog.
Mmmm, Provocateuse.
I am sorry you didn't pass the black belt test. I know how much effort and pain you'd put into it. I am in awe of you, often.
Has anyone ever noticed that Tom Scola has a gorgeous smile?
Just curious.
TAR: why why WHY
do the sausage when perfectly nice bagelmaking is available? OK, so the one set of teams couldn't find it easily (the late night obviously didn't help them with finding directions) but that anyone would think it was an easier task to eat so much sausage
floors me.
And I have NEVER hoped so much
that a horse would trample a contestant when Mirna was yammering away. I felt very much for Charla because trying to lead something so much taller than you has to be scary, but her cousin is beyond my last nerve.
At least the
Guidos went out on a note of
grace and good sportsmanship!
