Except if BRAC continues apace here, this local market will at least maintain if not increase. And I have no fucking clue what to do with my life and buying on that prospect scares the financially conservative me. As well as the commitment-phobe. And, well, my fucked up inertia. I was just at a friend's house, and she's pregnant again! Crazy. Current baby is 10 mos, and she's due in September. I guess they're trying to get the babies in while they still can -- she must be 38. Which is also crazy, thinking about it.

Jesse, exciting! I had all these thoughts, but thought better of it. Just say, it was not a big thing when my grandmother had her last at over 40 and it was nothing remarkable. But now, with all sorts of data and studies and all that, it is something commented on. My cousin had her latest at 42 and everyone was all amazed.
