I was just at a friend's house, and she's pregnant again! Crazy. Current baby is 10 mos, and she's due in September. I guess they're trying to get the babies in while they still can -- she must be 38. Which is also crazy, thinking about it.

Jesse, exciting! I had all these thoughts, but thought better of it. Just say, it was not a big thing when my grandmother had her last at over 40 and it was nothing remarkable. But now, with all sorts of data and studies and all that, it is something commented on. My cousin had her latest at 42 and everyone was all amazed.

I don't know that it's amazing, but if you hit 35 with no evidence you can get pregnant and have the baby successfully, it's more of a crap shoot. Anyway, it's mostly exciting. Also funny, because she's at that point where she mostly just looks fat, so I was wondering what was up as soon as I saw her. Luckily, she mentioned it quickly.
