Hee. OTOH, I give him mad props for this:
Feedback 2 mins max. from each of the global functional leads who are together tasked to ensure we have a global solution for each of our 14 competencies plus our Tier 2 alliance partner solution.
For the first phrase, anyhoo.
I can't believe I do this all day.
My god, I thought I dealt with some gobbledygook.
I need a Tier 2 alliance partner solution.
I think. I think I'll also solutionize my hunger by tasking one of my global functional leads to ensure I have global pineapple fried rice.
Just be sure to report your progress to us, tommyrot. 2 mins max.
But I'm sure Goodwill could stand to have their fetish departments improved.
Because there's such a big market for used adult novelties.
Some stuff is re-usable without there being an ick factor. Spanking benches, ballet boots, good quality leather cuffs, a singletail -- basically, stuff that can easily be cleaned (and cleaned thoroughly). Stuff that generally doesn't have an on/off switch.
There was a funny article in the Times recently about the stuff that people leave behind when they move, and one of the items mentioned was a whip.
We got the word on Teddy's latest blood work, and it isn't good.
The calcium levels are down a bit, but so is the potassium. The worst part is that kidney functioning is down by quite a bit, even over the last month. Plus, he's down half a pound.
We're jump starting him on prednisone plus daily IV fluids. If that doesn't help, we're probably talking about no more than a few months. And there's no assurance that it'll do the trick.
More blood work next week.
The vet thinks it may be lymphoma, but she recommended against tests because Teddy would have to undergo anesthesia. Which carries a high risk of causing complete kidney failure.
Hubs is already falling to pieces. Which means I have to be the strong one.
{{{FredPete, Hubs and Teddy}}}
I need a Tier 2 alliance partner solution.
What's scary is that this sentence makes sense, and is something I'd probably use at work.
But then, today at work, I was talking to a coworker who just got back from Europe (she went with two other coworkers, and her husband, who also works at the company), and asked if they'd drafted a spec for the trip before going, or perhaps worked it all out in Project first.
I was only mostly kidding.
Oh, Fred Pete, I'm so sorry. Poor you, Hubs, and Teddy.
