I wore my Emily Flake shirt a few days ago. It made me laugh and laugh but I seem to have a monkey thing going.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

ahem....

Nearly cold McDonnalds french fries are really lame and they shouldn't sell them that way.

OK, I was attempting to complain without whining. Did it work?

no, but it was totally legitimate. I have been known to wait for hot fries. if they're not hot when i leave, they'll be cold by the time I get back to my office.

Alison, Noah's nurse today, commented on the fact that when he desaturates, he remains calm and doesn't turn purple etc so it's hard to tell when things go wrong with his breathing if you don't have the monitor. I said, "Unlike his sister. She turns her purple and scrunches up her face before it even happens. It's like she plans on not breathing."

She said, "Yep. She has a temper."

Oh no.

Really. I've pretty much given up going to this McDonnalds when it's not lunch rush because of the lame fry issue.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I'm picturing it like that scene between Venkman and Ray at the beginning of Ghostbusters when Venkman slaps Ray in the back of the head.
