Hec, do you have a book titled 33 1/3 Greatest Hits, volume 1? Do you know about it? I just saw it and thought of you.

Have I mentioned yet today that I am bursting with pride and love for Hec and swooning lately over his spicy brains? Because I am.
Eek! Is that Hec's book? I knew the topic was right, and saw the editor was a David, but it was a different last name.
I just got called into the Big Boss' office. It sort of terrifies me every time, but he's always so supportive and helpful when I say, "I've never done that before." He's like Bizzaro Boss.
He is. The students actually liked him, but nothing beat 25 years of baseball paraphernalia. I love that library (even more now).
sarameg, I need some of those sporks. I am ready to hurt an entire department. The last 3 hours have been spent dealing with this crap, and it made me miss the rest of the hockey conversation.
Question for the hivemind: I need a filing cabinet that doesn't look like a filing cabinet to sit in the open next to a small writing desk. What stores do I need to be lookin at?
yeah...wrod. But of course, ours has a different vibe.(I say ours because my mother still mentions how awesome the soul mix is every time we play it. "Gee, this must have taken him *hours*!" and how all the tracks are so perfect.
libkitty, it's not his book, but it is the series he's writing for right now. Corwood is contributing a volume, too, and there may be another Buffista or two whose name(s) I'm blanking on, for which I totally apologize.
I knew the series was chugging along reasonably well, but I had no idea things were good enough to issue a Greatest Hits. That news is made of awesome!
Seriously chugging along: [link]
Hee. I was debating whether or not to post, so I'm glad you did.
One of the more fun lectures I've ever had. Of course, when I got home and was trying to impress Mr. Jane, I forgot some of it.
Also made of awesome is this video: [link]
(Warning: do not watch if you do not like toddlers swearing and/or lugging around a beer bottle.)
Cool beans. It may be even better to know that the book is not only out, but has made it all the way to a teeny-tiny bookstore in Los Osos (central coast), where I snatched it up.
