The fact is, all I know is "open everything up and see what happens," and I need her to be able to figure this stuff out! This morning there was a printer problem, which I solved for her by poking buttons at random. She could have done that!

I've been steadfastly ignoring the hockey talk on account of our sucktastic team and the ugly local happenings with our GM's firing after six losing seasons. Things haven't been pleasant.
