Right. Piano. Because that's what we used to kill that big demon that one time. No, wait. That was a rocket launcher.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

The solution - Buffista day care! since the toddlers are already working on their plans for world domination, let's get them ORGANIZED. (and make sure we get some of the goodies)

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Plei, that's what I was wondering. I kind of want to put my head down and cry at the thought of all this.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

So what are people doing this weekend?

What is even happening?

Plei, that's what I was wondering. I kind of want to put my head down and cry at the thought of all this.

I think Plei has a good point about the nanny. Maybe you can start researching at the NICU, to see if the nurses/doctors know what other families have done? Also, maybe there's a parents-of-preemies group where you can make some contacts.

(Sometimes, crying helps. I'm just saying.)

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Driving down to PA to see my Mom!

Which means I had a bunch of tasks to get in order today. Most importantly, I cleaned off my home office desk, or at least got it organized into more-or-less orderly piles. Which I'm not sneering at.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

So what are people doing this weekend?

Job hunting. I'm getting a little panicky. I'm almost done student teaching and have very few good prospects. I've got my resume out to a crapload of districts, but so far not much response. ACK! I need a JOB!

In fact, I need a job so badly, I said it twice.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

So what are people doing this weekend?

Taking many many naps. I'm about to fall asleep at my desk, and for some reason office services STILL has not installed the hammock I requested.

Coding and Sleeping

Cleaning out the garage.

Working on a Methodist blog website, hopefully finishing it.

Editing commercials out of recorded video.

Working out.

Taking care of kids, maybe some park going if the weather is good.

Cleaning around the house.

Might upgrade my computer to Kubuntu 7.04 if I have time.
