Today's lunch is brown rice mixed with hummus, grilled turkey, and a very tasty salad of diced cucumber, tomato, avocado, and greek olives. All packed in cute bento boxes, no less.

The brown rice with hummus is even tastier than I expected it to be. I think I've found a new bento box staple item.

I made an omelette with ham, black beans, and corn. Turned out better than I expected.

Okay, you guys are making me even hungrier than I am! And it's till a couple of hours until supper!

FNL rumor: NBC is thinking of moving it to Fridays.

I will watch it if it moves to Fridays, because that's the only night I think about it.
