"Mom! You aren't taking care of me!" says the sick kid, who is supposedly taking a nap in her bed.

I'm sick too, you know! Who is taking care of me?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have found this to be the key drawback of being a grownup.

Thrive to spite them

At lunch I just remembered that the Phelps was going to "protest" at the funeral for the Amish girls who were killed but either CNN or MSNBC made a deal and gave them air time for skipping the protest. Maybe that's what will happen in this case.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The coolest thing about Clocky is the name.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Huh - I heard that they were able to secure the music rights for the WKRP eps which is why they put out the DVDs. There were a few instances were the rights were too expensive, but they found another period appropriate song to replace it - not the generic rock music they used in syndication.

This must clarified!

KAI RYSSDAL

Wow -- I really never thought about how to spell that. It's funny how things that are aural will never transfer to a written format in my head.

I wanna know - do they still make the explicit reference to Pink Floyd's "Sheep"? That was fun.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Unsurprisingly I'm wrong. List of the music changes.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I love Kai Ryssdal. Even though I couldn't have spelled his name before now.
