Aw, so it's the cut versions from syndication...hmm, I wonder if it's still worth it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Bah! to the WKRP cuts. I almost bought S1 of Soap yesterday.

I seem to have come down with a cold since leaving home. I feel like ass.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

From the reviews it doesn't sound as though they have. One person said they had seen an advance release and they cut the episodes to remove music.

Which is just sad-making. Sigh.

I lurked at TT, and Jilli, who I knew only vaguely at the time, told me when Buffy came up in conversation at a Gothy thing, where you all had got off to, which is how I found WX.

I keep expecting to meet fans accidentally and find out that we actually know each other from online, but thus far, it hasn't happened. (Things like that *used* to happen to me all the time, too.)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Clocky is finally out of prototype!

The alarm clock that runs away and hides when you don't wake up. Clocky gives you one chance to get up. But if you snooze, Clocky will jump off of your nightstand and wheel around your room looking for a place to hide.

"Mom! You aren't taking care of me!" says the sick kid, who is supposedly taking a nap in her bed.

I'm sick too, you know! Who is taking care of me?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm sick too, you know! Who is taking care of me?

I have found this to be the key drawback of being a grownup.

Thrive to spite them

At lunch I just remembered that the Phelps was going to "protest" at the funeral for the Amish girls who were killed but either CNN or MSNBC made a deal and gave them air time for skipping the protest. Maybe that's what will happen in this case.

Marketplace had an interview with the inventor of Clocky: [link]

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The coolest thing about Clocky is the name.
