Am I supposed to be changing my clothes a lot? Is that the helpful thing to do?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Also the anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing. I always hold my breath at this time of year, because I'd much rather be commemoraring Patriot's Day and the Boston Marathon, and taxes.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Damn, that sounds terrible.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Also the anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing.

Which happens to be on the anniversary of... Ruby Ridge? Or is it Waco? Or is it both?

Anyway, a notable day for far-right-wing anti-government terrorist types....

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Shrift, it's better for them to think of you as an adult (or mom) cause honestly, if teen boys think you are hot, teen boys have a tendency to fantasize and really, do you want it to be about you?

Not so much. I'm sure it didn't help that we were all dressed up in wedding clothes. Mostly I was just pained by the stupid. I haven't had to put up with a gaggle of average teenage boys for a while, and I'd forgotten what it was like.

Waco, I think it was because of Waco.

Our wings are not tired.

I'm trying to listen to the live coverage, but it is very confused. How awful for everyone.

I googled - it wasn't Ruby Ridge. For some reason I seem to recall that in addition to Waco and the Oklahoma City bombing, something else happened on this day.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Oklahoma City was April 19, not today.

Well, Battle of Lexington and Concord. Though I doubt that's what you're thinking of.
