TAR (I am tivoing Drive, to watch on delay): The yield is still not cheating. Get over it. The fast forward would have freaked me out, but it looked really cool. Danny and Oswald are the only team left I like, so I am glad they got it. As little as I like Mirna and Charla, I was impressed with their performance on the detour. Then I laughed at the ferry thing.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
TAR: I know! I am really sick of Charla and Mirna's self-righteousness about everything and yeah, that yield had NOTHING to do with you. (And probably helped them -- I bet Eric and Danielle would have at least caught up to them if they hadn't been yielded.) I don't know when I suspected that this might be an NEL but I'm glad it was because E&D almost caught up. The ferry thing was hilarious. And I liked the tasks for this leg - they were all fun. I wonder if we'll get a two-episode leg this time.
Whoops. Taxes must be mailed by tomorrow, April 16. April 17 is only for certain states, none of which I am in. Maine, MD, MA, NH, NY, VT, DC.
Guess I better get on that.
TAR: I'd be okay with the BQs, too. They may not be my favorite people in the world, but they've been consistently strong, and consistently mindful of the fact that it's a RACE. TWoP or someone pointed out the newspaper route comment last week - I think they're not nearly as princessy as they sometimes come off.
Went to the movies. Now, about to go to bed.
But first! Salma Hayek's breasts, real or fake? Got into a quasi-argument with someone who says their slope has changed, that it's no longer natural. I can't see it at all. And I stare at her boobs a fair amount, considering my heterosexuality.

Zenkitty, did you double-check with your state's Web site? Because Ohio (which is where I am [otherwise this would be a pointless, Cliff Claven-esque remark]) has an announcement on the official Web site that Tax Due Day has been moved from the 16th to the 17th.
It's 1 a.m. and I'm still awake. Can't sleep; clown will eat me.
Yeah, Tax Day is the 17th in IL too.
It's 10:14, and I damned well better try and sleep. Well, after I pick out tomorrow's clothes. Then sleep. I swear. Got to start the week out right.
I'm not sure why I thought CA taxes were due the 17th too, but I sent my state payment off yesterday anyway, and had grabbed my relatively paltry (seriously--I was unemployed three months) refund a while back.
Really? The Federal tax booklet is specific about states. I guess they changed their minds after it was printed. Well, anyway, it spurred me to get mine done tonight.
