God, turning on Survivor just gave me a flashback that I had to have the conversation recently about how it's not real survival. NO IT'S NOT. It's a game show! On an island! Crikey.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Oy. Looks like power is out near Kat. I hope she has some.
My eyes sting. Going from the dust whipping through the streets into a construction site--ouchie.
And I did get a wind-related booboo. I was walking past a tarp-backed chainlink fence gate that billowed out right as I went by and banged my arm. At least it wasn't the injured elbow.
Had the massage, which didn't fix me, but has added at least 30 degrees to my range of motion turning my head.
Worth the money and being late back from lunch.
We've got power. Thank god!
Back from hospital. They too have power.
ita stole my massage.

Yay more head-turning!
I hope Kat's in an island of power. It's gusty here, but then, that isn't that unusual.

Good, good.
You want to come out here, and I'll hook you up with a great masseuse.
Which is unrelated to me getting kickbacks (I scored a free massage from her out of a mix of references and pity, I think, but now she's making it official).
Saw "Rehab is the new black" on a T-shirt in Urban Outfitters's window on my way home from work.
Harrumph.
Okay, I got to knuckle down and get an image for my next tattoo. I've been dilly dallying way too long.
a trashcan-sized Ziplock bag (I didn't know they made them that big!)
They're new. The Boy tried to get me to bet him that he couldn't fit in one. (I didn't take him up on the bet, mostly because I believe he could find a way to fit.)
Mom uses those for various things, I like them.
The bolts are now down 1-3. Vinnie Lecavalier keeps getting penalties and they keep scoring on the power plays.
At least the Thrashers are losing.
I'm reviewing some incredibly dry documents at the office related to products liability. I'm reading a report produced by a manufacturing association about their goals, the things they accomplished, it's all rah-rah and there's a section for the things they didn't accomplish, followed by slides that read, in part,
Strategic things that, in retrospect, could have or should have been anticipated, but were not, that we have worked on [etc]
Do see see a pattern to these outcomes? That's because there isn't one!
And that's because
WE SUCK AT STRATEGY
Made me laugh.
