Well, it turns out she's in early stage kidney failure. For now, she'll be put on special food, and I need to bring her back to the vet in three months. Hopefully this will be a slow progression.
Where'd they get CAT scan from?... I mean, did they test it on cats? Or does the machine sort of look like a cat?

OK, so I went and looked up when I was in Spain, and it was indeed the first week an April, 11 years ago. And I made the mistake of reading some of the non-travel related entries. Holy hell, so much mental drama and wroughtness. Angst! I can laugh at it now, even as I ain't letting anyone else read it. I consider myself pretty navel-gazing now, but people. Not like that! Eeash. Well, I guess that's what teens (even when they are 20) do. And dang, I totally forgot I had such a crush on that boy. Goodness.

Hee. Every once in a while, when I want to take myself down a couple of pegs, of if I'm feeling overly angsty, I pull out my journals from HS.

Yeah, it's pretty effective. When I'm not squinting and trying to read with one eye completely closed. It's funny, some of the stuff I used to angst and throw dramatic written hissy fits over is stuff that, while at core might still be issues, now my response is eh. whatever.
It's either maturity or boredom!
