You're wrong about River. River's not on the ship. They didn't want her here, but she couldn't make herself leave. So she melted... Melted away. They didn't know she could do that, but she did.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

You know, once things settle down here in the sense that I know what I'm doing for the next month or two, I could actually think about taking you up on it....

I'm making the dreaded call to my ex-boss to arrange to pick up my personal effects. Not because talkign to him is so bad, but because that's a lot of packing and fuss, and then my old job will be Over.

On the other hand, maybe I should look at this as the start of the next phase.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

TAR: I was so hoping to see some bagel-making! Would have been much nicer to watch than the kielbasa-eating race. Ewwwww.

I've only been here 50 minutes and so far the server is screwed up, the admin responsible for it is stuck in another building with a broken network switch and can't do diddly and I've got eleventymillion end-of-month things to do.

Yup, it's a monday.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I woke up psychotic this morning. I hate it when that happens.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I woke up psychotic this morning. I hate it when that happens.

Later, when I wake up, I'm pretty sure I'm going to laugh at that.

Art Crawl!!!

Jessica, I know I really wanted to see some bagel-making too. Just our bad luck that they couldn't find the bagel bakery.

And ION, some Pouncies recalled!! - and other Delmonte made pet foods.

I didn't start out psychotic.

The internet is pissing me off. Something about the network route between here and fickr has been screwed up for months and it takes forever (like, much, much much worse than dialup. Minutes. ) to load and it PISSES ME OFF.

And I can hear all the IT people talking about non-work and OHMYGOD I do not need another person coming up behind me!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Stupid insomnia. I didn't get to sleep until about 3:30 this morning. Now I'm waiting for coffee to take effect before I call a client. In the meantime I'm trying to figure out something I did a few weeks ago, so I will know what I'm talking about when I call the client.

Man, I feel like just feeding my cats real meat for the next while until the freakin' sort this recall out. I'm sure that cats wouldn't mind at all. My cats just finished a bottle of pounce, but it was fish flavoured, not chicken. At least, the treats were fish-shaped, so I am assuming they were fish flavoured.
