Dang it, you people are making me want short hair, for the first time in my whole life, but I don't think I can pull it off. I like that Goth Tori Amos a lot, though. Could I do bangs? I never had bangs. I'm all forehead and nose; I'm afraid short hair would make me look... what's the word... hideous? Yeah.
Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I like that Goth Tori Amos a lot, though.
I think that might work for you, actually.
So would the tiny picture of the medium short blond haircut.
I'm afraid short hair would make me look... what's the word... hideous? Yeah.
Impossible! That's not in your repertoire.
Now just go back and look at Ple's recent haircut pictures. She doesn't have a tiny nose. Yet the short haircut works. In part because the shorter the hair the bigger it makes your eyes look. Also because Ple is inhumanely beautiful.
But I think you could definitely go to jaw length with a good cut with smart layering. Not a bob, but the cuts mentioned.
Check out the back on this cut! - That's a cool, subtle effect.
I *love* the Goth Tori Amos cut. I wish I had curly hair and could pull that one off!
Speaking of, I really need to get in to see the fabulous Erica and get a trim.
Hm. Not enough coffee, seems like. Stuttering.
I loved meeting you and now think you need to come back to Portland post hasty, pudding-like.
I think this is a great idea, as meeting you was great and the tour was gorgeous and so much fun. Or maybe I should say the tour was great and you were gorgeous and so much fun. Both work. Anyway, I think I'll probably be back in Oregon in 6-12 months. I know it's not fast, but at least it's in the foreseeable future!
My personal fave was [link]
The first link, Hec? I looked at and looked at because the model looked familiar and then I realized there's a huge poster of her in the salon my daughter works in. Frederik Fekkai signed it when he was out there to give the stylists training.
After being treated somewhat like a drug addict by the pharmacy (I would say I was imagining this, but TCG felt it too) I finally have my prescription for ADD. I'm going to try it tomorrow, since I am supposed to take it in the morning.
Huh. My Passover cleaning is just about done. Still need to wait until Shabbat is totally over before doing the stuff involving fire (fire!), buy some packing tape so that I can tape covers on some shelves, and do a final vacuuming and run-through of the dishwasher tomorrow. But, other than that, done. Finished. Huh.
