What? I'm not allowed to hit people? Wesley: Not people capable of genocide. Angel: Those are exactly the types of people I should be allowed to hit!

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I was just on the phone with my nephews, and the younger one said "Auntie Sarah" for the first time that I could actually hear it. He wasn't very interested in talking last time I was there. Ded of the cute.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

tiny picture of the medium short blond haircut

Wow, Hec, that was the other one I liked! Maybe I've got a decent eye for what would work on me. I should try to get a larger picture of something like that one, so I could take it to a stylist.

I live near NYC. If I can't find a good curly-hair stylist here, I can't find one anywhere. @@

eta OMG I'm actually considering this.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Aww, that's adorable, sj.

Always Anti-fascist!

That happened to me once at the pharmacy, too, sj. I then proceeded to make it worse upon finding out the bill was $34.69 by saying "She said 69...huh huh huh." like Beavis. Mom didn't laugh.

Hee!

Someone make me step away from google. I'm reading too much about the ADD med, and now I am making myself afraid to take it.

Adderall, or actually the generic version of it. I was so hoping you were online tonight.

Adderall is a really really commonly prescribed drug for ADD. Are you concerned b/c it's an amphetamine?

The status is NOT quo.

sj, don't be. Also? Read Delivered from Distraction but Edward Hallowell--it's the updated 2005 version of Driven to Distraction that he published in 1994, and he talks a lot about medication and why you shouldn't fear it (or purely rely on it). He also talks about different types of ADD med treatments, things to look out for, etc.
