That's my favorite, too! Matilda is not only gorgeous, she has a PERFECTLY shaped little head, expressive eyes, porcelain skin and edible toes.

I just heard back re. my friend. It is "only" a viral infection of her upper respiratory system. Given that they were thinking "blood clot in lung" this is actually good news. Given that she's pregnant and there's not much she can take to knock the infection out, the good news is somewhat qualified.
She is still utterly miserable. She's in her fifth month and has actually lost weight.
