[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I wanna be a customer.
I even have a list.
I actually don't have a Treo. I sold my Treo to Sonus a while back--I have had a Cingular 8125. Drew gave it to me as a (few months late) birthday present last year.
I am so behind the times. Sorry. Still, you can't get insurance on PDA/smartphones. Did you try eBay? Also try myworldphone.com: [link]

(Who am I kidding? That tag never, ever closes.)
Stephanie, I hope your dad's gotten a hold of you.
I was so surprised - American Airlines actually told me that he had been rerouted. The poor man flew from Albuquerque to Atlanta to Orlando to Miami to San Juan today. Joe went to get him just now - and then my dad called from a stranger's cell phone to let me know he was here.
We have joked before that my dad is the Jonah of airline travel. I think this is 4 trips in a row that he has had major complications.
I bought my current phone on eBay. It's not fabulous, but it was cheaper than buying a new one from Sprint.

We'll focus group the specific product, keep Kristin's supply lines as simple as possible while maximising her customer satisfaction.
That's great news Stephanie. I hope the rest of the trip is less eventful.
libkitty, stay safe.
Glitter and your drug of choice to the rest of my Bitches. It's been a tough couple of weeks.
Birthday happies to those that I missed. Cutiepie Mal for sure...

meara! All quiet on the balcony front?
I wish I'd had time to shop around or use ebay, but this phone is my only tie to the outside world, so I needed to buy one right away. Phooey.
Anyway. I did buy one I like. It's not as nice as the old one, but it has most of the functionality I've come to depend on (web, email, etc.). It's a Blackberry Pearl. Oo, and it's RED! (If I'd had the spare cash, I'd be really excited about having a new phone. This is purely financial angst.)
Wow, glad he got to you Stephanie. That's a wild itinerary.
I happened to talk to Working Assets about their wireless service yesterday, and the guy on the phone said they have free phones and can buy people out of current contracts. I don't know what kind of phones they offer, but it might be a cheap alternative. I don't know if you get the free Ben and Jerry's like you used to with the long-distance service...
I got my current phone when the number 4 stopped working on my old one.
I wore a skirt to school today, and about five people commented that they'd never seen me wear anything but jeans. Perhaps I ought to try to vary my wardrobe a bit more.
On the other hand, though, jeans can be worn with thick socks. My feet are all covered with blisters and bandaids now from wearing shoes without socks. Stupid shoes.
