I look more rad than Lutheranism

ita, it's a gang war that starts with August's Batman: The 12-Cent Adventure. And it looks like it's 3 months, not 2, like I thought.

More info here.

Batgirl cover for October. Doesn't seem spoilery for storyline. It just amuses me b/c it looks like Batgirl a la John Woo.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

That cover is DEEPLY disturbing.

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

Plei, I read it but didn't comment on it then since it was a title that it seemed like a lot fewer people were reading.

Plus, now we have have two points to make a comparision with, and two points make up a line...

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

On another board, one of the dumber IC theories going around is that Sue faked her own death as a birthday mystery for Ralph. Which is TOTALLY lame, but it merited this response, which I thought you folks would find amusing:

or better yet. Ralph wakes up one morning and hears water running. He goes to the bathroom only to find Sue in the shower....with Barry.....and Hal....and Ollie.....and Woozy Winks.

Because even in the midst of death, we are in porn.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am never going to get Dick's love life straight.

Or whatever.

That IC commentary says he's dating Babs. That's wrong, or is it the same IC timeline reasoning that has a white Firestorm?

There was a good post on it in LJ a couple days ago by a friend of mine. I'll dig up a link.

Well, it's either wrong, OR the guy didn't consider one thing -- he said the Tim Drake Robin was a glaring continuity problem, but maybe IC starts in the pre-Tim-Drake-quits chunk of time, which *could* also dovetail with Babs and Dick still together.

Hmm.

Victor? Anyone? About this white Firestorm thing -- when did he last exist? The commenter doesn't mention that.

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

but maybe IC starts in the pre-Tim-Drake-quits chunk of time,

But Tim's dad knows he's Robin, which doesn't work, because he quit as soon as his dad found out. So maybe he's Robin *again,* and poor Steph got Jason Todded?
