So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I love that one. Great book. Nice to know it's got an authentic Seattle.

Sean, do you happen to know which issues follow that up and if they're in trades so that some of us with a strong desire to read them can find them?

I seem to recall reading that a lot of the early post-LB stuff was really good, and then the title went craptacular. I'd like to avoid the craptacular.

Oh hell. It's been a while, and when I was reading those issues, that was someone else's collection. It was very good stuff, but I don't know if there are any TPBs out there. I want to say there are, but I would likely be talking out of my ass.

There was an Alaskan oil spill issue not too long after the Exxon Valdez that was pretty good, though I don't remember the level of anvilly-ness.

Ooo!

Also, if one wanted a crash course in Wally West...

What would a gal need?

Why, yes, I'm finding myself wanting to branch out of Gotham.

Longbow Hunters is GREEN ARROW right? And, like, a decade plus ago? I think I read it, but I sensory overloaded on a bunch of stuff during my big comics phase (was this the 80's????), and then pretty much cold turkeyed. Apparently, right before Bats & co. got interesting again (i.e. post-Jason).

Yeah. Longbow Hunters is Green Arrow, late-80s.

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

Well, there's a 2 gig torrent of Wally West-era Flash comics out there, for starters.

Yeah. Longbow Hunters is Green Arrow, late-80s.

Does that have his hooking up with Black Canary, or was that just in the regular comics? (Always admired Oliver's taste in women - BC hits a LARGE number of my personal...tastes?...kinks?...certainly not vanilla).

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

I need the info on getting to the Angel finale (if it's still a go). If you did e-mail me, it didn't arrive, in which case let me know here.

Insent! Sorry, I've been distracted.

MM might be a better source on Flash info than I, but there's an intersting page on him here.
