I fed off a flowerperson, and I spent the next six hours watchin' my hand move.

I liked Reign of Fire too, though I had to turn off certain logic-bearing parts of my brain when they were giving "scientific explanations" for the dragons.

Bah. He looks generic. George Clooney and Val Kilmer are WAY hotter.

Steph is dead to me now.

The role I've seen him in most often, it called for it. The CB in my head is an awkward young gay boy with horrible outfits and a dopey grin.

You forgot the mullet hair. (shudder) But I think the awkwardness was pretty well counterpointed by his portrayal of 1980s-era Arthur in that same film.

Isn't that what he usually plays?

He's played gay exactly once in his film work. Possibly twice if there was an unexpected revelation about his character in Newsies after the point where my obsessive fandom met the limits of its endurance.

He looks very Jack Davenport in that picture.

Doesn't he? I'll never understand how Ewan's character could avoid flinging the table aside and jumping Arthur in that scene, when he was perfectly happy to do so when he looked like this.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Hey! Where did Samurai Jack go? Suddenly Justice League is on after Teen Titans! Uncool, mang.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Teppy's hot for Jack. I'm sure they just need to make some new episodes, Ms. L.

Possibly they shuffled their schedule around and are giving the samurai a rest. But -- bah.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Was it a new JL?

I can honestly say I don't know. I've never really watched JL enough to know if something is new or a re-run.

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

No new JL till August.
