So that Veronica Mars this week everyone was raving about? Apparantly channel 7 was breaking some obscure FCC law about broadcasting a show on two channels at once, because it decided to broadcast Tech TV rather than the VM ep...and my TiVo, smart little creature though it may be, didn't know to flip to channel 9.

Stargate SG-1 Season 8 Help Needed! I thought I had taped both the premieres (SG-1 & Atlantis), but upon viewing the tape- not so much. Only got Atlantis & the last 2 minutes of SG-1 (grrr!). Any help with the SG-1 premiere would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to borrow a tape, trade for ?, pay postage, whatever. I don't have cable & only just watched Season 7 on DVD, now I'm eager to try to get caught up on Season 8 (which I have on tape- I hope). Profile addy good. The power in my condo(actually, in the whole complex) went out at 7:20 this evening and just came back on a few minutes ago. Therefore I am in need of tonight's eps of Lost and Smallville.(With Lost having the higher priority)

Argh. I was going to offer to dub Lost tapes, but just discovered that my 2nd VCR is no longer recording successfully - I just get black screen for the programmed amount of time.
