I've got a full set I can dub for anyone in need as well, though I imagine if Drew is taping off a Tivo recording that would be much better quality.

ETA: Beverly, the QEftSG tapes you sent me arrived! So cool - I've only watched the one with the marine guy and the one with Butch so far, but Babara Eden's Jeannie character couldn't have made a more shocking transformation of the latter.

Did anyone tape Joan of Arcadia Friday night? For the first time in about a year, a home health aide taking care of my mother agreed to work late and Andy and I actually got to go to a party. In the excitement we completely forgot to tape Joan. Television without pity is saying it's the best episode of the season, so I am grinding my teeth. Thanks so much

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Butch was the first-aired episode, Matt, and engendered the never-dying, ever-useful line, "You put a living room where the crack den used to be!" I fell hard for Thom in that ep, and he's remained my favorite. He works so hard and does such good work, reading tSG and his life like an open book and tailoring his own stuff and new stuff to the way he lives. Not as cute as Kyan or Jai, nor perhaps as funny as Ted or Carson. But he gets all my love for what he does with a couple of plants and an uplight--

--no, that's another network.

If anyone would like Buffy S3 tapes -- taped off of FX, when they first aired on FX (there were fewer cuts in the first airing) -- e-mail me at my profile addy, and they're yours.

Mary Jo, I have it. I haven't watched it yet, so it's sitting in the VCR. I can send it to you after I see it, if you haven't got it. Just email me your mailling address.

Tom,

If Nicole hasn't already sent it, and you want to go local, I have it on my 5th season tape. I can bring it by; I'm in your neighborhood a lot these days. Maybe we could trade--Angel for Firefly? I'm still on-line sporadically, so give me a call if you want to arrange something.

Thanks for all the fish.

megan, I haven't forgotten about taping Firefly for you, but I've had a series of insane taping mishaps. If you can get it local, it'll probably be faster than waiting for me.

Elena,

I didn't think you had forgotten and would still love a set of tapes (no rush at all). Tom is just loaning me his DVDs to watch while I recuperate from my surgery next week. Thanks both of you!
