My fucking VCR did not tape Angel. This makes it zero for two in one fucking week.
Oh, okay, all right: it *did* tape the WB for exactly one hour, just like I asked it to. But there was no audio, it was black and white, the picture's top half is on the bottom half of the screen and the bottom half on the top (do not. ask me. how that fucking happened), and it's so blurry and scratchy and sidewise-lines-y I could make out DB's face, I think, and lots of gray things moving, and some white limbs windmilling. And that's really it.

I know I don't participate as often as I should so I feel a little bad about asking but...I'll return the favor whenever I can...or, yes, I'll send pie or some other treat.
Evidently I had a problem similar to Ms. Lizard's. Except it was my aunt, uncle, and cousin's birthdays. Seems I got an hour of WB on tape Sunday but it was just a little bit of the show and a lot of black with ghostly images with no sound.
So I need this past Sunday's Angel.

First, Laura, the tape arrived today. I just spent a ridiculously indulgent two hours watching the Firefly and Angel (on the VCR that is not insanowackydead). Thank you so much! Now I just need to catch up with the threads.
Second? Did you notice the fun word I made up in the above paragraph? Well! John, Holli, and Juliana, I'm really sorry, I can't send you your tapes. My *fucking* VCR did actually *not* tape the, er, tapes. I could send you some entertaining hours of static, but I'm thinking it wouldn't be worth the postage.
