Where'd they get CAT scan from?... I mean, did they test it on cats? Or does the machine sort of look like a cat?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I've even been (gasp) MISSPELLING WORDS.

As long as you don't mispronounce your wedding vows, you'll probably be okay.

"I Bleo, take thee Blabbett as my awfully bedded suzmund..."

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Did you accidently change the size in your browser (say by using the mouse's scroll wheel while holding down the control key)?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Emily mentioned something in Boxed Set that had me wondering -- would it be useful to display the thread slug inthread under the title (except not on the first page, because that has all the details)?

Our wings are not tired.

Hmmm, I always open to my message center so I see the thread slugs regularly enough. Others may have a different habit.

ita: Yes. I'm a "read New" kind of guy, so it'd be nice to always have that info at my fingertips.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Huh. Weird. Just the slug, not the previously-objected-to first page info, huh?

I'd rather see the first page info, since that's where the thread rules reside. Perhaps if we used a smaller font than the current first page font it wouldn't be quite so objectionable.
