Well, I must say that having a non-ME-verse quote appear in the RQG put my eyebrows into my hairline. I mean, I enjoyed it, and I know the board is overwhelmingly anti-Bush, but a quote from "Bushwhacked?" Seems, I dunno, a bit political for a fansite.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Raquel, I'm guessing it was the Firefly episode "Bushwacked."

Oh! (blushes)

See, that's what I mean about watching the DVDs. Never mind then.

What is even happening?

I hadn't tried it here after we did the testing, but have just subscribed to a thread, using the new function, and the fix worked. Thank you, ita.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Happy birthday to me! I rebooted the server, since it seemed to be locking on post, and none of my remote diagnostics would run on the posts table.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

On the links page, "PersephoneMoon's Buffy Page" hasn't existed for a while, so that link can be deleted.

My pleasure. Stupid computers.

I'm still going over the request list, and am wondering what the proponents of user-set fonts, etc, see as the boundaries of that implementation (as opposed to proponents of a range of stylesheets from which to pick).

In fact, I'd like to set some sort of request revision deadline -- a point at which we can consider everything advocated for or ready to discard, so we can have a clean and relevant list.

How about the 14th?

Or now. We could just declare the list cleaned up now, and I vote we take everything off it.

Or we could just mark the mark/block/unblock/temporarily view thread placement complete, unless anyone bumps into problems in its implementation. Which I just uploaded.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Nice...
