Mal: Yeah, well, just be careful. We cheated Badger out of good money to buy that frippery, and you're supposed to make me look respectable. Kaylee: Yes, sir, Captain Tightpants.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Yeah, I know. I like the idea of getting a top 100 (or so), but have nothing constructive to offer on ways to get there.

Or maybe just let Lee do it.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Are we going to limit Buffy/Angel quotes too?

(I'm just trying to get an idea of the types of quotes that I'll include on my list to send.)

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

How about limiting the B/A quotes to ones that were used in the death matches? That should be plenty.

I was going to say, the Quotables threads would be good places to start.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Was there ever a Firefly deathmatch?

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I think, if anyone thinks they've got a good quote, they should send it to me any old how, as long as it's got speaker, show, and episode and I'll format it properly. Then, sometime early January, I'll figure out what I've got, add some more, and send it on to ita around end of January.

ita, in a word document or text doc or what?

Got it, thanks ita.

I don't think there was ever a firefly deathmatch.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

ita, why don't you send me the file of Firefly quotes, then, and I will winnow it down.

It's in the spreadsheet I linked to above, Lee.
