A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Do we allow the blockquote tag?

Let's find out

No we do not! Can we add that in? I know that the > quickedit handles it, but if I want to have a "second-level" blockquote (i.e. a double indentation), I'm stuck.

You sip / say it's your crazy / straw say it's you're crazy / as you bicycle your soul / with beauty in your basket

(If we do add that, can we add t tt and t small ?)

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I'll second the request for blockquote. It's handy.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I just think it's rather odd (they sit) that a nation that prides itself on its virility should feel compelled to strap on forty pounds of protective gear just in order to play rugby
Giles, 'Some Assembly Required'

I just got this quote. Is the "they sit" a misplaced stage direction?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Corrected.

Likewise, I just noticed

I can handle the Oz Full Monty. I mean, not 'handle' handle, [like 'hands to flesh' handle.]
Xander, 'Beauty and the Beasts'

I swear I've gotten that one before, sans editorial cuteness. Is this a new thing; or are there two versions of this quote in the database?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

(If we do add that, can we add <tt> and <small> ?)

If we're taking requests, could we enable sup and sub? (At the risk, granted, of encouraging mathematical discussion.)

sans editorial cuteness.

er.. that's my fault RL. And I wasn't trying to be cute (Really :)

There was a list of quotes without the episode name or number attached, so I offered to do the searching and fill them in. Along the way I found some had been misquoted. (Sometimes the right words, wrongly ordered and sometimes whole bits were missing.) I didn't want to make the call on just up and changing them (that being the natural dance of the stompy footed) so I sent the list back with both the exiting quote and a cut and paste from transcripts.

And you know what they say about cut and paste.. evil! evil! evil!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I think small works. Let's test:

Am I small

Yes, it works!

And I edited Billytea's post because he had a "real" small tag that he left open (causing the rest of the posts of the page to appear small in some browsers). I changed it into a "fake" small tag.

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

Jon, you're not small to us! You're a giant among men!

ETA: small might work, but large don't.
