sans editorial cuteness.
er.. that's my fault RL. And I wasn't trying to be cute (Really :)
There was a list of quotes without the episode name or number attached, so I offered to do the searching and fill them in. Along the way I found some had been misquoted. (Sometimes the right words, wrongly ordered and sometimes whole bits were missing.) I didn't want to make the call on just up and changing them (that being the natural dance of the stompy footed) so I sent the list back with both the exiting quote and a cut and paste from transcripts.
And you know what they say about cut and paste.. evil! evil! evil!
I think small works. Let's test:
Am I small
Yes, it works!
And I edited Billytea's post because he had a "real" small tag that he left open (causing the rest of the posts of the page to appear small in some browsers). I changed it into a "fake" small tag.
Jon, you're not small to us! You're a giant among men!
ETA: small might work, but large don't.
ita et al., since you're taking requests, can you write code to directly transcribe my thoughts into the posting box? Cause that might be helpful.
We're beta testing that right now.
And you have a dirty mind, BTW.

Sorry! John's term for all the bloody annoying non-actual-line text in the early Psyche transcripts. *That* particular transcriber was very, very cute.
I was just staring at my message centre, and thinking, "This board is a good thing." And I don't know if I've said that yet, despite the hundreds of times I've thought it. So Yay Team Phoenix and their Queen ita!
If we're taking requests, could we enable sup and sub? (At the risk, granted, of encouraging mathematical discussion.)
You're suggesting a "sub" tag and worried about encouraging
matehmatical
discussion?

Worried about? Yes. After all, any other conversations it might encourage don't exactly need the help.
