Now proffered for your beta-testing enjoyment, the ~ma map.
How things work:
Enter and send your Buffista name. Select the Buffista you want to send ~ma to from the list. (The list appears after you send your name.) Press "~send ma". Voila.
The "Release ~ma" button releases all the ~ma that has been sent to you. If you want to send ~ma to someone after your one, sole, only ~ma-ray has been sent to someone, just do so. The last target does not have to release for you to redirect.
(It will probably be 24 hours or so before I check back.)
eta: link fixed
Linky no work, Gus. But dude, it sounds cool.
Fixed link. Late for work. Yikes!
USA only.

Interesting idea, Gus, though I'm not sure if ~ma really conforms to computable rules.
Uh-oh. Checking in 12 hours later to see that one person has actually sent ~ma on the map
(Waves at Liese).
Either it is broken in some way that does not show in the logs, or interest is very low.
If the former, somebody bitch about what happened, please. If the later ... oh well. It was a fun little lunchtime project, anyway.
Gus, I was confused. I have entered my location (near Boston) on previous maps, but didn't see me there this time, and so didn't send any ~ma, because I was afraid I would somehow break your glorious invention.
Also? The dog ate my homework.
Gus, I couldn't make it work, and I don't know if that's me or that Opera on my home computer wasn't compatible with it.
Cindy, I just added myself to the map and sent you some ~ma. It did act a little funny, but that was related to adding a pin and sending ~ma all at once, I think.
'Suela, I use Opera 7.5 on WIN2K, and it seems to work for me.
Grr. I just logged-in as you and sent me ~ma. Nothing happened. Grr.
edited, because 'looging-in' is not something one does in polite company.
It's a bughunt!
I tried to send ~ma. I put my name in and pressed "send" (but didn't know how to put my own pin in). Then -t's name came up in the receive field so I pressed, whatever it told me to, and then I got scared and shut the page. :)
